Please contact us before you make a referral to ensure we are the most appropriate provider for your patient's needs, and please review the "payment" link below for insurance options - Insurances agreements will be listed as they come available for each provider.
We are open and available by telephone or through our virtual office
Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Our physical location is open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 5PM, but closed Friday through Sunday.
Provider(s), please review our payment options and insurance enrollment table to determine if we can fit your client's financial budget and insurance coverage (please call if you have any questions).
Because of the expanded protections for Substance abuse and Mental health records. we use an expanded release of information that encompasses special requests for mental health and substance abuse records.
(Note - All mental health and substance abuse records used for the purposes of collaboration - are the property of Insight Behavioral Health Associates and meant for informational purposes only and - as according to privacy rules and regulations, - are not to become a part of any other organizations, providers, or mental health professionals records for reproduction or else be in violation of federal laws and guidance: 1) under 42 U.S.C. §290dd-2 and its implementing regulations under 42 C.F.R. Part 2.; 2) HIPAA laws through the 1996 HIPAA security rules administered by the U.S. Dept of HHS; 3) administered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration (SAMHSA). 4) changes implemented in the 2020 CARES Act. )
